Health lies on the path of authenticity and uprightness from which we meet and engage with the world, a world that is constantly changing and flowing thus challenging us to stay attuned to what is true within and without.
Change and movement are being defined by the dynamic tension between 2 opposites that cannot exist purely on their own, and harmony, health and authenticity are not fixed, ideal states of being but must constantly be re-negotiated.
Shao Yang is the hinge where yang meets yin and yin meets yang, an ideal space for transformation. The San Jiao and the Gallbladder Meridian are related to the depth of winter, the North, where the guiding light of Heaven impregnates the Earth, inspiring and moving us from the root of our being to be in the world with integrity and uprightness.
The energetic flow through the points of the San Jiao and Gallbladder Meridians teach us how to be in the world with strength and subtleness, stability and movement, having authority over our lives while knowing that life is not ours.
In this seminar, we will be together for 3 days, having the opportunity to immerse ourselves into the rhythm and flow of the Meridians of San Jiao and Gallbladder and gaining more insight and understanding of each Point, not by acquiring more knowledge but by attuning to their energetic nature.
